Rajshree Rathore

Rajshree Rathore has been with Sambhali Trust since 2017 and serves as Head of Educational Services, Administrator and Volunteer Coordinator.
With a background in education and nonprofit work, she manages
international scholarship programs, oversees donor communications,
coordinates volunteers from around the world, and supports the daily operations of Sambhali’s empowerment centers, primary education centers and boarding homes. Her strengths lie in organizing efficient systems, building strong relationships with donors, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. Her leadership blends empathy with efficiency, and she consistently strives to create a positive, inclusive environment for beneficiaries, volunteers, and staff alike.
