Sambhali Trust is a non-profit public charitable organization, a Non-Government Organization (NGO).
Sambhali has been operating since October 2006 and was approved and registered by the Deputy Registrar in Jodhpur in January 2007 (Registration number: 2007000380), and the Department of Devsthan (a government department that manages and controls religious and charitable institutions and temples) in September 2007 (Registration number: 14/2007/Jodhpur).
Sambhali Trust is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. Foreign contribution is received and utilised through the prescribed FCRA banking channels and only for activities permitted under the Trust’s approved FCRA registration.
Sambhali Trust has a Permanent Account Number (PAN) allotted by Income Tax Department since January 2007.
The Trust is registered with the EMPLOYEES’ STATE INSURANCE CORPORATION and the EMPLOYEES' PROVIDENT FUND, a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
Our accounts are fully audited every year by Balia Choudhary & Co., Jodhpur, to ensure total transparency, audited accounts are available on request.
We have permission to provide Indian donors with Income Tax Exemption under sections 12-A and 80-G of the Income Tax Act 1961.
